Class I
This class includes HPS activities and any group or organization directly connected with HPS: PTO, Boy and Girl Scouts. Organized, affiliated recreation groups seeking Class I status must have teams consisting of 90% HPS students and provide team rosters with the Building Use application.

Class II This class includes organized non-profit groups or organizations within the school district boundaries whose purposes are exclusively civic, cultural, fraternal, religious, or recreational in nature. Examples include Historical Society, community Athletic Organizations, Howell Recreation Department or governmental units. Organized, affiliate recreational groups seeking Class II status must have teams consisting of 50% HPS students and provide team rosters with the Building Use application

Class III
This class includes organizations not within the school district boundaries which is neither school allied nor essentially charitable or civic groups, as well as private and for-profit groups whose interests are limited to the membership of said group. EXCEPTION: Non-district non-profit and profit groups or organizations may apply for facility utilization only in conjunction with community services co-sponsorship.
Submitting this form denotes agreement to and observation of HPS Building, Facility & Equipment Use Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these Guidelines may result in the cancellation of the Building Use at any time. It is also understood that applicants and their participants will not hold the School District liable for any injury that may occur or for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. It is also understood that the lessee is responsible for insuring that all fire lanes remain clear.
